When will my credit card be
charged?
After you place an order with
iFashionMall.com your credit card
will be charged if your order is
ready to ship. If we do not have
your order in stock a customer
service representative will email or
call you with the status of your
order. Sometimes your order may be
placed on back-order. If this
occurs we will email you with the
status once the item is back in
stock and ready to ship.
How long does it take for me to
get my money back after I return my
item to you?
After you send back your item, it
can take up to 3-4 days to process
your return. Once we know that your
item has been returned (You must
adhere to our return policy) we will
process your credit for that return.
You should see a credit on your
credit card statement 7-10 business
days after we receive your return.
I returned my item and still
don't see a credit?
If you still don't see a credit on
your credit card that you used to
purchase your item please make sure
to fallow these steps:
1. Make sure you allowed enough time
for us to receive your item.
2. Remember that if you shipped an
item back to us it can take up to 7
business days for us to receive that
item.
3. After we issue you a credit it
can take up to 7 business days for
your credit card company to show the
issued credit.
Steps we
recommend you take if you have
waited more the 14 business days
after you sent back your returned
merchandise:
1. Track your return via
USPS.com or
UPS.com
in order to see if we received your
return.
2. Call or email us to verify that
we received your return.
3. Call your credit card company to
see if we have issued your credit.
Do not rely on logging onto your
credit cards online website.
Sometimes it takes extra time to
update their website.
If you do not see a credit issued
and your bank does not show any
credits CALL US or email or
billing department.

By placing an order with
iFashionMall.com you must agree to
our returns & exchange policy. We
have the right to refuse returns if
you do not meet our guidelines.
PLEASE NOTE: If you return your
original item for an exchange and
then want to return your exchange
back, you will only receive store
credit.
Credit Cards
When iFashionMall.com ships your
product, we can only ship your item
to the billing address your credit
card has on file. Orders that do not
include the exact billing address of
the credit card holder will be
rejected. This is to insure 100%
security and to prevent fraud. If
you want to ship your products to
another address, you will need to
contact your credit card company's
customer service department and
inform them ahead of time of this
new address and then place your
order with iFashionMall.com. If your
credit card company does not have
your address on file your order will
be denied authorization, meaning we
will not ship your item. If you
still have any questions, please
send us a message and we
will advise you on what to do.
All payments via us mail must be
received within 5 days of purchase
accompanying a print out of the
product page, instructing us of the
item you want with the preferred
shipping method. Payment must
include shipping rate. We suggest
that you find the item that you want
to purchase, check out with that
item using our shopping cart and
before submitting payment
information, print out the screen
with your order and shipping
information.
Tax: Pennsylvania customers
must add a 6% tax to all accessories
bought from the web site.
